Information evenings and tours of the maternity ward
We offer our information evenings on obstetrics in German online as webinars every first and third Wednesday of the month.
The presentation by our midwife begins at 7:00 p.m., followed by the presentation on “minimizing pain in childbirth” by our anesthesiologist at approximately 8:30 p.m.
In addition, there are six on-site tours of the maternity ward available each month.

Webinars
You can join us in real time online, listen to and see the presentations of our midwife and (starting at around 8:30 p.m.) our anesthesiologist, and even ask questions using the Q&A function.

A registration in advance – giving your first name (last name optional) and email address – on the Zoom platform is required (Data protection information). Afterwards you will receive an email with your personal participation link.
Tours of the maternity ward
Would you like to get to know our maternity department and learn more about the birth process at Goldenes Kreuz? Then feel free to register for a 30-minute guided tour in German.
On every 1st and 3rd Wednesday, as well as every Friday of the month, you have the opportunity to visit our hospital and get a brief insight into our facilities.
Together, we will walk through the maternity ward and visit a delivery room, a patient room, and the breastfeeding room.
Registration: Please register online in advance for your preferred date. Unfortunately, spontaneous participation without prior registration is not possible due to capacity limitations.
Meeting point: We will meet at the reception desk at the main entrance.
Important note: Please note that the tour can only take place if the rooms are not in use. If all patient and delivery rooms are occupied, the tour unfortunately cannot be conducted. In such cases, we will contact you by phone. If all delivery rooms are occupied at short notice, the tour will be limited to the ward, a patient room, and the breastfeeding room. Thank you for your understanding!
